Spain & Portugal (mainland) - Free on orders over 75€
Canary Islands - Free on orders over 100€
European Union - Free on orders over 150€
International - Free on orders over 250€

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days unless a later shipping date is stated in the header of the website.

All orders are shipped with Correos, Correos Express or UPS, please refer to the check out page to learn more about delivery options and rates available for your country.

TAXES AND CUSTOMS

If you are outside EU, you may need to pay import duties duties, they're not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are your responsibility, we are unable to advise on rates as they vary according to country, please consult your local post office services for more information.

We advise that you are familiar with your import duty, customs and local sales taxes prior to purchasing.


RETURNS

Within 14 days of receipt, according to the EU regulation.

Please, let us know that you wish to return your order before sending it back so we can give you instructions for the return. Shipping costs for the return are to be paid by the customer.

Once the return is received, the total amount for the products will be refunded to the customer but not the shipping costs. Refunds are processed onto the original method of payment.

We cannot facilitate refunds to a third party.

All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
